Flexy Fit

My most intense full-body workout! A unique blend of yoga, Pilates, ballet/barre-inspired movement, cardio, strength training, and aerial conditioning. Move at your own pace—modifications are always encouraged, making it accessible to all levels.

Sundays | 9:30–10:30 AM CST
Classes rotate between:

Flexy Fit
A dynamic fusion of yoga, Pilates, ballet/barre, cardio bursts, strength work, and aerial conditioning with my signature Flexy Michelle twist.

Flexy Flow Yoga
A faster-paced vinyasa-style yoga flow designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility with a unique Flexy Michelle approach.

Yogalates
A combination of yoga and Pilates, blending mindful movement, flexibility, core strength, and total-body conditioning.

What You’ll Need for Every Class

  • Yoga mat

  • Device to join Zoom (computer, tablet, iPad, or laptop)

  • Two yoga blocks (or something comparable)

  • Yoga strap (or a belt/towel as a substitute)

  • Myo-fascial release ball (encouraged)

Additional Equipment for Workout Classes (Flexy Fit & Yogalates)

  • Light weights (2–5 lbs)

  • Exercise resistance band
