Immerse yourself in a unique Manitoban fall yoga experience surrounded by the beauty of blooming flowers and garden pumpkins!
This beginner friendly yoga class (no experience required) is designed to welcome everyone! Flow gently among nature’s vibrant colours & soothing scents as you connect with your breath and body in a tranquil outdoor setting.
After class, enjoy the special opportunity to carve your own garden-grown pumpkin and hand pick your own bouquet of flowers to put inside the pumpkin and take it home! A tour & guidance will be given on how to harvest your chosen blooms. Join us for this one-of-a-kind experience! 🌻🌾

BRING:
- Yoga Mat (props if you like!)
