This class is a combination of yoga and Pilates. The class focuses on building strength, balance, and flexibility, incorporating foundational yoga postures. This combination will help you develop long, lean muscles. Be prepared for a full body workout!
Note: This class is similar to Flexy Fit.
The pace is a little bit slower, but still challenging!
This class is NOT recommended if you have mobility issues or injuries.
All of Flexy’s fitness classes include essential oils and are finished with an essential oil infused compress, everyone’s favourite part of the final savasana. (East St. Paul location)

Flexy Fit is a barre-inspired workout. It is a combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet, aerobics, with a dash of bootcamp, and a cardio burst! It is a full body workout! This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance, while toning muscles through low-impact and high impact movements.
Maximize the efficiency of your workout and get everything in, in just 1 hour!
Variations & modifications are always available.

Flexy Flow Yoga
Tuesdays
Flexy Flow is an ACTIVE yoga class that focuses on linking asanas (postures) together. It is a flowing sequence that connects breath with movement while getting the heart rate up. It is ideal for building strength, increasing flexibility, improving, and cardiovascular health. This class helps build and maintain a lean, toned, healthy body.
All yoga classes are scented with essential oils and finished with a warm essential oil infused compress (East St. Paul location.)
While this is an intermediate/advanced class; variations & modifications are always available and you are encouraged to move at YOUR own pace.
* NOT recommended for people with limited mobility or looking for relaxation.

This class is a combination of gentle yoga, deep stretching and SMR (Self-Myofascial Release) therapy. Stretching helps open and lengthen connective tissues.
Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) is a is a hands-on technique that helps lengthen and realign your fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles.
Stretching and self-myofascial release are complimentary to one another. Doing both will drastically increase your flexibility and reduce muscle pain.
The goal is to bring pain relief and increase your range of motion using props such as balls and rollers that you can purchase here.
This is a very popular choice for BEGINNERS or to take after a faster-paced class.
It is perfect before bedtime as it helps calm the nervous system, enabling your body to relax, release, & unwind.
All classes are accompanied with essential oils and finished with an essential oil infused warm compress.
Please BRING your own yoga mat + water. This is a slower paced class and we can be still for longer periods of time so wearing layers and bringing socks is recommended.
Flexy specializes in flexibility and is certified by the CPFA (Canadian Pole Fitness Association) in flexibility and has studied self-myofascial release therapy. She is also a curated speaker at Robertson College in Winnipeg, MB for their Massage Therapy Program. She has presented on the topics of yoga, flexibility, and SMR therapy for the college.
