This class is a combination of yoga and Pilates. The class focuses on building strength, balance, and flexibility, incorporating foundational yoga postures. This combination will help you develop long, lean muscles. Be prepared for a full body workout!  

Note: This class is similar to Flexy Fit.
The pace is a little bit slower, but still very challenging! 

NOT recommended if you have mobility issues or injuries. 

For an additional burn, be prepared with LIGHT WEIGHTS (2-5 lbs.)

Flexy Fit is a barre-inspired workout. It is a combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet, aerobics, with a dash of bootcamp, and a cardio burst! It is a full body workout! This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance, while toning muscles through low-impact and high impact movements. As a pole fitness artist and instructor, I bring exercises to the mat that I practise to build strength to perform aerially.

Maximize the efficiency of your workout and get everything in, in just 1 hour!

Flexy Flow Yoga

An ACTIVE vinyasa yoga practice that consists of complex and creative yogic sequences. It is ideal for advancing your yoga practice, building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving cardiovascular health

While this is an intermediate/advanced class; variations & modifications are always available and you are encouraged to move at YOUR own pace.

Deep stretching coupled with myofascial release will improve your range of motion (flexibility) much more rapidly than just stretching alone. 

Myofascial Release is a hands-on technique that works to relax, lengthen and realign your fascia, thus increasing your flexibility. 

The goal is to bring pain relief and increase your range of motion using props such as lacrosse balls and rollers.

This is a very popular choice for BEGINNERS or to take after a faster-paced class.It is perfect before bedtime as it helps calm the nervous system, enabling your body to relax, release, & unwind.

Please BRING your own yoga mat + water. This is a slower paced class and we can be still for longer periods of time so wearing layers and bringing socks is recommended.

All of Flexy’s fitness classes are scented with essential oils and are finished with an essential oil infused compress, everyone’s favourite part of the final savasana.

Please BRING your own yoga mat + water bottle!
