This class is a combination of yoga + Pilates. The focus is on building strength, balance, flexibility, and incorporating yoga asanas to get in a full body workout.
- Intermediate / beginner friendly -provided you are reasonably active
- Intensity: Moderate
- Recommended for those looking to scultp, strengthen, sweat, & stretch!
- NOT recommended if you have mobility issues or injuries.
- Variations & modifications encouraged.
- All classes a fragranced with essential oils and savasana is completed with an essential oil infused compress.

Flexy Fit started as a barre-inspired workout. It is a combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet, aerobics, calisthenics, and a cardio burst! It’s a FULL BODY WORKOUT!
Over time, Flexy began incorporating elements of her own personal workouts, which include aerial conditioning. A large focus is on on baring one’s own body weight, which is one of the healthiest forms of strength training. This class has been nicknamed “Yogalates on steroids!”

- Intensity: High!
- Recommended for dancers, athletes, aerialists, those looking to sculpt & strengthen, and those looking for a challenge!
- Modifications and moving at your own pace is encouraged!

An active vinyasa flow yoga practise consisting of complex & creative yogic sequences. Ideal for building strength, increasing flexibility, learning balances, and advancing your practise.

Recommended for those who are already active and/or have experience with vinyasa flow yoga
NOT RECOMMENDED for people with limited mobility, injuries, or looking for relaxation.

Myofascial Release Gentle Yoga

Deep stretching coupled with myofascial release will improve your range of motion (flexibility) much more rapidly than just stretching alone.
Myofascial Release is a hands-on technique that works to relax, lengthen and realign your fascia, thus increasing your flexibility.
The goal is to bring pain relief and increase your range of motion using props such as lacrosse balls and rollers.
BEGINNER friendly
Intensity: low
Recommended to take after a faster-paced class. It is perfect before bedtime as it helps calm the nervous system.
Recommended if you have sciatica, plantar fasciitis, or any muscle pain!
BRING: yoga mat + water.
This is a slower paced class and we can be still for longer periods of time so wearing layers and bringing socks is recommended.

You must REGISTER for the WHOLE SESSION OR pay the drop in fee of $15.00 (flat rate, exact change, CASH ONLY for DROP INS).
266 Hoddiontt Rd. is the East St. Paul Arena building. Classes are held on the second floor.
It is at the back of the parking lot (plenty of parking) and it says in large capital letters “ARENA.”
(The upstairs is newly renovated and does not have an arena feel!)
We respectfully ask that you DO NOT come in the room earlier than 10 minutes before your class start time.
The space has other classes running with a very short class turn-over times.
Please wait in your car or downstairs.
Please BRING your own yoga mat + water bottle!
