What to expect from Flexy FLOW YOGA?
An active vinyasa flow yoga practise consisting of complex & creative yogic sequences. Ideal for building strength, increasing flexibility, learning balances, and advancing your practise!
What to expect from Flexy FIT?
Flexy Fit started as a barre-inspired workout. It is a combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet, aerobics, calisthenics, and a cardio burst! It’s a FULL BODY WORKOUT and a perfect compliment to those who practise aerial sports & arts!
Over time, Flexy began incorporating elements of her own personal workouts, which include aerial conditioning. A large focus is on on baring one’s own body weight, which is one of the healthiest forms of strength training. This class has been nicknamed “Yogalates on steroids!”
- Recommended for dancers, athletes, aerialists, those looking to sculpt & strengthen, and those looking for a challenge!
- Modifications and moving at your own pace is encouraged!
