How to Prepare for a Zoom Class:

Log in about 5 min early and be prepared with the following:
• Yoga mat
• Water 
Wall or chair nearby for balance & some exercises

Optional Props listed below:
• Light weights (optional, 2–5 lbs) 

* Ankle weights (optional 1-3 lbs)
• Resistance band 
 Tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or myofascial release ball
