How to Prepare for a Zoom Class:
• Log in about 5 minutes early 

Be prepared with the following:

• Yoga mat
• Water 
• Have a wall or chair nearby for balance


Optional Props to BRING
(To increase intensity; if you don't have, variations will be provided) 
• Light weights (optional, 2–5 lbs) 
Ankle weights (optional 1-3 lbs)

* Gentlemen, feel free to go heavier on the weights (5-8 lbs)

• Resistance band 
 Tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or myo-fascial release ballDrop-in | $10
